These series of painting, I have called creation.

I am exploring the concept of patterns repeating themselves in nature.

From the unseen seen world of atoms, d.n.a code and miro life forms.

Playing around with scale I also look at the movements of the plantets.

The brilliant powerful sun, the unseen world and us.

We are all interconnected and interact with each other.

Patterns that repeat themselves over and over again.

Koru web

The symbol of the Koru means new life and harmony.

I have painted the two Koru’s facing together, to form a heart which symbolizes love.

The spider web represents everything being invisible yet connected together.

The Spider hiding out of sight is both the creator and the destroyer.

Each insect has the colour (personality)of a Planet in our solar system.

The Earth is represented as a simple drop of water.

Poor Pluto has been dropped as a planet so I have a snail to represent him.

Daisy Sun

This painting plays around with scale and repeating patterns.

From the cosmos to the unseen world of mico and code and everything in-between.

Everything and everyone is connected.

The two suns represent the sun in our sky and the other hidden deep inside the earth.

Both giving and supporting life, yet capable of destroying.

Tree Rings

Inside the tree, tells the story of our solar system.

Each knot represents a planet

Universal quotes circle the inside, earth grounding quotes are written in the roots.

Uplifting quotes in the branches.
